Employee Separation
We participate in strategic planning when companies (with or without a union) decide whether and how to reduce staffing. As part of those efforts, we review such decisions and their impact on the workforce under applicable labor and employment laws, including NLRA, WARN, Title VII and ADEA. When necessary, we defend businesses and essential personnel in litigation arising out of staffing decisions.
