Biography

Matthew is a partner in Brouse McDowell’s Corporate & Securities, Business Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Commercial Law, and Litigation practice groups. His experience includes all aspects of the litigation process - from discovery, mediation and alternative dispute resolution, to dispositive motion practice, jury and bench trials, and appeals. He has orally argued appeals before the Sixth Circuits well as various Ohio appellate courts.

He represents individuals, businesses, and public sector entities on a wide range of issues, including business law, appeals, local government law, land use law, collections, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation.
