Biography

Todd focuses his practice in business and real estate law, representing clients in new business start-ups, general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. Also, he has handled a diverse range of real estate transactions for both private and public sector clients.

    • Todd is a member of the Lorain County and Ohio State Bar Associations. He was a member of the 2009 and 2010 Lorain County StartHeart Walk Committee and is a graduate of the 2004 class of Leadership Lorain County.
