Chris provides legal counsel and problem solving to help medical providers successfully grow and respond to the ever-changing market, including strategic planning and guidance, health care integration, transactions and collaborative joint ventures, and the handling of day-to-day legal needs.

With a broad knowledge of health care laws and regulations, Chris advises clients on ways to comply with the many laws and regulations governing health care providers, reducing risk, and avoiding legal issues that could prevent them from reaching their goals.

With over twenty years of legal experience, Chris represents and counsels numerous hospitals, health systems, physicians, physician practice groups, and other health care businesses on a variety of legal matters such as:

STRATEGIC INITIATIVES: Medical practice transactions and acquisitions; joint ventures; integration strategies and models; corporate formation, affiliation and governance.

AGREEMENTS: Professional services, lease and employment agreements; third party payor contracting; real estate acquisitions and leases.
