Brouse McDowell Welcomes J. Ryan Williams to the Firm

Brouse McDowell, LPA, a leading regional law firm, is pleased to announce that J. Ryan Williams joined the firm as a Partner in the Health Care Practice Group in the firm’s Cleveland office.

Williams has extensive experience in representing healthcare clients, including physician groups, long term care providers, durable medical equipment suppliers, home health providers and hospice agencies in all aspects of healthcare transactions and related matters, such as the negotiation, due diligence, structure, and consummation of acquisitions, divestitures, leases and joint venture arrangements. He also counsels healthcare clients on certain regulatory compliance matters, licensure, certification, reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse guidance and health information technologies, in addition to other general business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Williams practiced as a Partner at a Cleveland law firm.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo, College of Law and his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Dayton.
