Brouse McDowell Welcomes Mark E. Krohn to the Firm

Brouse McDowell, a leading regional business law firm, is pleased to announce that Mark E. Krohn joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the firm’s Akron office.
Krohn has extensive experience representing businesses in critical strategic initiatives, including planning, growth, contract negotiation, succession planning, risk management, asset protection and synergistic partnerships.
He also serves as Chairman to a regional private investment firm, Co-Founder/Chairman of a regional not-for-profit consulting company, Chairman of a social media and marketing company and is the Chief Operating Officer of a technology consulting company.
Krohn earned his Juris Doctorate from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his Bachelors of Arts degree from Clemson University.
He currently serves on the boards of the Akron Community Foundation, Summa Foundation and the United Way and is a key advisor to The University of Akron’s College of Business Administration’s Advisory Council.
Krohn has received professional and civic recognition for his accomplishments including the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce “30 for the Future” award, the YMCA Volunteer of the Year Award twice, Leadership Akron’s Distinguished Leader/Innovator Award, The United Way of Summit County Young Philanthropist of the Year Award and The Rotary Club of Akron’s Ambassador of Service Award.
