Construction contracts commonly include a requirement that one party purchase certain insurance and name another as an additional insured on that policy, typically with a reference to one of the leading insurance industry additional insured policy endorsements.  The purpose of this webinar is to sensitize developers, contractors, and subcontractors to the contract and endorsement terminology and its impact on their bottom line.
