Stacy RC Berliner, Lucas Blower and Andrew Miller Speak at OSBA's Insurance Law CLE Program

Brouse McDowell partners Stacy RC Berliner, Lucas Blower and Andrew Miller speak at the Ohio State Bar Association’s CLE Insurance Law program in Columbus on October 16. Lucas Blower and Andrew Miller will speak on cases concerning in availability of insurance coverage for successor entities after closing. Stacy RC Berliner will discuss recent cases that may impact Ohio law related to allocation, payment of defense costs when an AOC is entered in environmental cases, and coverage for social engineering schemes.

The program includes six panel sessions covering emerging issues in insurance coverage litigation from the policyholder and insurance defense perspectives.
