Benefits and ERISA

We work with individuals and businesses to resolve benefits issues arising under state and federal laws, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADEA and ADA. We frequently advise clients concerning the implementation and administration of tax-qualified pension plans, welfare benefit plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. We also prosecute and defend benefit plans, plan fiduciaries and third-party providers in a variety of administrative and litigation matters arising under ERISA.
