OSHA
Brouse McDowell’s OSHA practice has three components. First, we assist and counsel clients with respect to safety and health compliance issues. This may include performing mock inspections to identify significant compliance issues that are specific to a particular client. Second, we participate in and actively manage high-profile inspections, such as those resulting from workplace injuries or fatalities, in order to minimize client exposure to OSHA citations and penalties, related workers’ compensation issues and third-party actions, such as intentional tort lawsuits. Third, we litigate disputed matters on behalf of clients before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
