Alan M. Koschik Alan’s practice focuses on business bankruptcy and commercial law. He has represented debtors in bankruptcy and out of court restructurings, as well as secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, equity holders, trustees and prospective buyers of distressed businesses, including assets from debtors in Chapter 11 cases. He also represents clients in bankruptcy and commercial litigation and assists clients with a variety of commercial transactions.
Professional/Civic Activities A member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, Alan is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association. Alan is an active member of the City Club of Cleveland and serves on its Membership Committee.

- Represents clients in bankruptcy preference and fraudulent transfer litigation.
- Counsels clients regarding their bankruptcy claims, as well as objections to and sales of those claims.
- Advises business clients with respect foreclosure litigation and receiverships.
