David A. Lum
David practices in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate and business law. While he handles a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions, David specializes in shopping center law and retail store development. He represents a large national retailer in all aspects of real estate acquisition and development including negotiating and drafting leases, purchase agreements, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements. In addition, David represents a number of closely held businesses with respect to real estate and general corporate matters.

Professional/Civic Activities
David is a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Committee of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. David was selected as a 2005 Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star.
