Frank E. Quirk Currently Of Counsel, Frank has been a member of Brouse McDowell since 1961 and served as the firm's managing partner from 1989 to 1998. Frank consults with lawyers and clients of the firm regarding matters involving ethics or malpractice, serves as an expert witness in lawyer malpractice cases and frequently lectures at legal seminars. Frank is also the director of the Miller-Becker Institute for Professional Responsibility at The University of Akron School of Law. The institute regularly presents programs on topical ethics and professionalism issues for members of the bench and bar at the invitation of bar associations and other interested sponsors. The Miller-Becker Institute also co-sponsors an annual program on the disciplinary process in Ohio for the benefit of lawyers involved in lawyer discipline activities.
