Jerry F. Whitmer
Jerry's practice encompasses all aspects of formation, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, and the general bankruptcy and insolvency practice. His law experience includes corporate reorganizations in and out of court, representation of trustees in bankruptcy, litigation of fraud issues, general and commercial litigation, business law, tax planning, asset sales, stock sale and acquisitions. Jerry served as the firm's managing partner from 1998 through 2003.

Professional/Civic Activities
Jerry is a member of the Akron, Ohio State and American Bar Associations and is a Trustee Emeritus for Old Trail School.
