NiCole Swearingen-Hilker
NiCole focuses her practice on various types of estate, succession and probate issues, including the preparation of comprehensive estate planning documents, probate administration and a variety of estate administration and tax issues.

Professional/Civic Activities
Recently selected along with 23 fellow attorneys from across the state of Ohio, NiCole will participate in the 2010 inaugural class of the Ohio State Bar Association's Leadership Academy. The academy is designed to identify future leaders in the legal community and provide them with support and training. 

NiCole is a member of the board of the Humane Society of Greater Akron. She serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Akron Bar Association Women in Law Section and is the former chairperson of the Association's Probate Section and New Lawyer's Committee.

NiCole has served as a volunteer guardian ad litem and participant in the Summit County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program, where she represented the interests of children who are the subject of parental neglect and dependency cases.
