M. Terrell Menefee
As part of the Business and Corporate practice group, Terrell focuses his work on matters concerning corporate, real estate and immigration law issues. His clients within these areas include Fortune 500 companies, regional hospitals, multinational corporations, professional sports teams and leagues; nonprofit organizations and closely held businesses.

Professional/Civic Activities
Terrell is a member of the Akron, Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

He is a Board Member of The First Tee® of Cleveland and was named a Super Volunteer for 2006. For several years, Terrell served as a board member for Community Legal Services of Cleveland, which provided holistic legal counsel to indigent clients. He participated in the Loaned Executive program with the United Way of Greater Cleveland and was a reading tutor for Harvey Rice Elementary School in Cleveland.

Terrell is an active member of Parkside Church, serving as a Midweek L.I.F.E. Group Leader.

• Worked with a new U.S. subsidiary of an Italian manufacturer to establish its distributor network and provide counsel on legal compliance for product manuals and warranties.
• Drafted employment policy document on immigration issues for Belgian company’s North American subsidiary.
• Drafted and negotiated critical raw material supply agreements for multinational manufacturer in the United States.
• Secured requisite visas for foreign national players from around the world to participate in professional sports league.
• Prepared documentation and worked with political representatives to facilitate process for obtaining J-1 visa waiver and H-1B visa for key physician for hospital.
