Mary M. Swann
As an associate in the Business, Corporate & Securities practice group, Mary focuses her practice in mergers and acquisitions,  corporate compliance and governance and commercial lending transactions.

Professional/Civic Activities
Mary is a member of the Ohio State and Akron Bar Associations and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Akron Law Review.

Mary is also active in the Akron Bar Association as the Vice-Chair of the Ab Initio Section and serving on the Liaison Committee with the University of Akron Law School.

She is involved with the Humane Society of Greater Akron, Women’s Network and is on the Course Committee for the Roadrunner Akron Marathon. Mary is also a member of Torchbearers.
