Mary M. Swann
As an associate in the Business, Corporate & Securities and the Commercial and Bankruptcy practice groups, Mary focuses her practice in mergers and acquisitions, business reorganization and restructuring, corporate compliance and governance and commercial lending transactions.

Professional/Civic Activities
Mary is a member of the Ohio State and Akron Bar Associations and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Akron Law Review.

Mary is also active in the Akron Bar Association and as the Chair of the Ab Initio Section, she served as Ex-Officio on the Akron Bar Association Board of Trustees . 

Mary is an alumnus member of Torchbearers and serves on the board of National Super Kids Classic, Inc.  She is also involved with the Humane Society of Greater Akron has served on the Course Committee for the Roadrunner Akron Marathon.

Mary was the recipient for the Greater Akron Chamber 30 for the Future Award for 2010.
