Nicole M. Hitch
As an associate in the Real Estate and Commercial Practice groups, Nicole has been working in matters involving real estate commercial leasing, sale and real property acquisition, and taxation. In commercial related matters, Ms. Hitch has also been involved in debtor, creditor or committee representations in bankruptcy, banking and matters related to the uniform commercial code.

Professional/Civic Activities
Nicole is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She is also a member of CREW Cleveland and currently serves as the co-chair of the Programs and Professional Development Committee. Nicole served as a Research Editor on the Cleveland State Law Review.

Articles/Presentations
Nicole has published Reconsidering the Scope and Consequences of Appellate Review in the Certification Decision of Dukes v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., 53 Clev. St. L. Rev. 747 (2005-2006).
