Chuck concentrates his practice in corporate law, health care law, real estate law and banking law, counseling of small to medium size business owners, succession planning, not-for-profit and health care, commercial and general real estate transaction, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Professional/Civic Activities
His community involvement includes: director and secretary of the Buckeye Community Bank Board; member of the Avon YMCA Building and Northern Ohio Commuter Rail Coalition Steering Committees; chairman of the board of Elyria United Methodist Village and the Lorain County Salvation Army; board member and past chairman of the Child Care Resource Center, the Oberlin Choristers, and Rockwell Springs Trout Club; past member of Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, Lorain County Chapter of the American Heart Association, the board of Elyria Memorial Hospital, United Way of Lorain County and Common Ground of Lorain County.
Representative Engagements - Chuck has handled all forms of sales and purchase of business, arranged financing of various types, consulted on strategic matters for all forms of for-profit and not-for-profit business.
- He has also counseled in succession planning of all types of real estate sale development and reorganization.
Admissions - Member of the Lorain County Bar Association; and Ohio State Bar Association.
