Todd C. Baumgartner
Todd focuses his practice in business and real estate law, representing clients in new business start-ups, general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. Also, he has handled a diverse range of real estate transactions for both private and public sector clients. Todd also represents NFL football players in establishing ancillary businesses.

Professional/Civic Activities
Todd is a member of the Lorain County and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Lorain County Historical Society Board of Trustees and Lorain County Manufacturing Council Board of Trustees.

• Lead counsel in representation of the purchase of chemical plant in Lake County, Ohio.
• Represented corporation in sale of stock in excess of $100,000,000.
• Represented Lorain County Community College in establishing its satellite branch in Wellington, Ohio.
• Lead counsel in representation of corporation in $13,000,000 refinance.
• Lead counsel in structuring and forming a $4,000,000 joint venture.
