Todd focuses his practice in business and real estate law, representing clients in new business start-ups, general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. Also, he has handled a diverse range of real estate transactions for both private and public sector clients.
Todd was selected as a 2010 Rising Star by Law & Politics Media, Inc.

Todd is a member of the Lorain County and Ohio State Bar Associations. He was a member of the 2009 and 2010 Lorain County StartHeart Walk Committee and is a graduate of the 2004 class of Leadership Lorain County.

- Represented corporation in sale of stock in excess of $100,000,000.
- Represented Lorain County Community College in establishing its satellite branch in Wellington, Ohio.
- Lead counsel in representation of corporation in $13,000,000 refinance.
- Lead counsel in structuring and forming a $4,000,000 joint venture.
