James S. Hogg
Jamie is a member of Brouse McDowell’s Business and Corporate Practice Group. With over 30 years of experience, he focuses his practice in the core areas of securities, corporate governance and merger/acquisition work.

Jamie has counseled Weatherhead 100, Fortune 50, NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange companies in industries ranging from manufacturing to e-commerce. His extensive experience includes initial and secondary public offerings and private placements of securities, as well as tax exempt financings, and acquisitions and divestitures from $250,000 to $650 million. Jamie has also served as general counsel for securities and corporate advice for both public and private issuers.

Professional/Civic Activities
Jamie is Vice Chair of the Board/Trustees of Applewood Centers, Inc., a social services agency focused on children and families. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Wingspan Care Group. 

He is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
