Alexandra Lebovitz Jorgensen
Alexandra is an Associate at Brouse McDowell and practices in the areas of Health Care and Business and Corporate Law. She focuses on health care and corporate issues and serves the needs of various hospitals, physician group practices, dialysis centers, ambulatory care providers, and other health care entities.
Alexandra provides counsel on a myriad of health care and corporate issues including joint ventures, long-term care, medical staff and licensure issues, employment, general contracting, implementation of policies and procedures, Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payor audits and reimbursement issues, HIPAA, fraud and abuse, non-profit tax-exempt and managed care issues, contract negotiations, patient-related issues, and regulatory compliance concerns including fraud and abuse, Stark physician self-referral issues and the Anti-Kickback Statute, IRS compliance issues, private inurement/private benefit and various state law issues.
Professional/Civic Activities
Alexandra is a member of the board for the Society of Ohio Healthcare Attorneys and contributed to The University of Akron's Akron Law Review.
She is a member of the Akron, Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio Bar Associations.
