Caroline L. Marks As a member of the Insurance Recovery and Litigation Practice Groups, Caroline devotes her practice to complex insurance recovery litigation involving underlying asbestos liabilities and first party property damage claims, complex business litigation matters, and appellate proceedings. She also works on intellectual property litigation matters, including trademark infringement litigation.
Prior to joining Brouse McDowell, Caroline worked as a judicial law clerk for Judge William G. Batchelder at the 9th District Court of Appeals and then for Justice Terrence O’Donnell at the Supreme Court of Ohio. Caroline was selected in 2012 as a Rising Star through a peer- and achievement-based review by Law & Politics Media, Inc.
Professional/Civic Activities Caroline is a member of the Federal, Ohio State, Florida, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She is also an active member of the Judge John M. Manos Inn of Court and a provisional member of the Junior League of Cleveland.
