Susan P. Taylor
Susan is a member of the Commercial and Tax practice groups. In commercial matters, Susan has represented debtors and trade creditors in various aspects of commercial bankruptcy cases and out of court debt restructuring. In tax related matters, Susan has represented clients in a variety of federal and state examinations, appeals and collection issues. She also has experience in dealing with significant tax issues in commercial bankruptcy cases.

Susan was selected as a 2009 and 2011 Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law and Politics Media.

Professional/Civic Activities
Susan is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan (Women in the Law Section), Ohio State and American Bar Associations as well as the National Order of Barristers, the Ohio State Alumni Association, the Cleveland Professionals Group and the Northeast Ohio chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.  She is a member of the board of West Park Early Childhood PTA and serves on various event planning committees for the Cleveland Zoological Society.
