Richard T. Cunningham
Richard Cunningham joined Brouse McDowell in 2001 as counsel in the Firm's Litigation and Appellate practices. A native of Akron, Ohio, he is best known for his trial experience in business, real estate, and personal injury and product liability matters. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a life member of the Conference of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the United States.

Professional/Civic Activities
Richard is active in the Akron Bar Association and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Richard was the 2005 Akron Bar Association recipient of the Sir Thomas More Award.
