The Commercial Practice Group assists clients in transactions and related litigation involving the financing of their operations, as well as their relationships with their customers and vendors. Brouse McDowell has experience in dealing with issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code, including sales, checks and negotiable instruments, loan transactions, letters of credit and security interests and liens.
