Biography
Camille is Counsel in Brouse McDowell’s Environmental Practice Group. Her practice focuses on advising clients through environmental issues in real estate and corporate transactions, including due diligence on all aspects of environmental liability and compliance. She also has significant experience representing clients in litigation matters involving environmental enforcement actions, permit appeals and citizen suit litigation, as well as in motion practice and settlement negotiations.
She has advised on regulatory compliance matters and litigation issues under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Clean Water Act.
Prior to joining Brouse, she practiced environmental law at both McMahon DeGulis and Thompson Hine, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and at Stites & Harbison in Lexington, Kentucky.
