Biography
Wade is Counsel in Brouse McDowell’s Business Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Commercial Law and Litigation Practice Groups. His experience includes handling asset and business liquidation, contract negotiation, trial and appellate work, litigation, loan document preparation for banks and small businesses, foreclosures, bankruptcy creditor’s rights, evictions, real estate sales by judicial sale, private sales, auctions, receiverships, collections and bankruptcy sales. He also has experience with mechanics liens, secured transactions, UCC sales, real estate transfers, tax appeals, short sale workouts civil litigation, commercial litigation, and title claims and lien marshalling.
Wade earned his J.D. from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Virginia.

- Advised on collections and workouts of SBA loans for The Huntington National Bamk, Columbus, Ohio and other lenders.
