Biography
Linda is a member of Brouse McDowell's Labor and Employment Group. As an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law, she brings an extra level of skill to help resolve workers’ compensation claims. This credential indicates that she has extensive experience, passed a rigorous test, and stays up-to-date on the latest workers compensation laws and developments.
For more than twenty years Linda has worked on behalf of employers to reduce their exposure, overall liability and the amount paid per claim. Whenever possible, she works to recommend a strategy that ensures the lowest cost with participation from her clients, their third party administrators, and their managed care organizations.
She represents clients throughout the State of Ohio, from a broad range of industries, including amusement parks, beverages, retail, medical, trucking, construction, heavy industry, and food products, with issues concerning workers’ compensation litigation, claims, and appeals. This diverse experience allows her to spot issues early and often resolve them before they escalate into significant claims.
