Client Alert: The Mask is Back
After the State of Ohio revised its internet postings yesterday, we advised our clients of where each industry scheduled for reopening stood as of the Governor’s daily press conference.
This morning, the State has again revised its position, first, with respect to “Protocols for all businesses,” saying:
#1. Require face coverings for employees and recommend them for clients/customers at all times.” Equally importantly, with respect to “Operating
Requirements” for specific industries, the State now says as follows:
