Marc Merklin and Joseph Cole Named as Fellows of the American Bar Foundation

Brouse partners Marc Merklin and Joseph Cole have been named Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. The Fellows is an honorary society of lawyers, judges, law faculty and legal scholars who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession.

Membership is limited to less than one percent of lawyers in each jurisdiction.  Fellows are nominated by their peers and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation.
