Partner Libby Yeargin Comments in LexisNexis' Commercial Leasing Report

In the Commercial Leasing Report recently released by LexisNexis, Partner Libby Schultz Yeargin provides commentary on the challenges of doing leasing work during the pandemic as well as a future of uncertainty following the return to ‘normal’.

She notes, “…With so many people working remotely, employers are still navigating whether that model will sustain after the pandemic is over.” Talking on what to watch for in the coming year for the commercial leasing market she states, “…rather than giving every individual his/her own office, I think many will go to a small pool of offices that you check out for the day (like a hotel room).”
