Craig Horbus Comments for Youngstown's Business Journal on Cybersecurity Tools to Mitigate Risks and Damages

July 2021

Partner Craig Horbus comments in the mid-July 2021 edition of Youngstown’s Business Journal on the vulnerability that companies, and in particular small and medium-size companies, face when it comes to cybercrime.

In the article titled “Cybercrime Could Kill Your Business. Cybersecurity Tools Could Save It,” Craig discusses the growing prevalence of cybersecurity breaches and ransomware attacks. He notes, “[b]y the time it becomes an incident, we’re quarterbacking everything,” and “[t]he longer it takes to pay, the more money it might cost the business.” He mentions this is one reason why it’s often in the best interest of the business to resolve the matter quickly. Craig notes “These guys are in the game to make money. … We make sure we mitigate the damages.”
