Brouse McDowell Sponsors Akron Community Foundation's 2021 "For Women, Forever" Annual Dinner

Brouse McDowell was a table sponsor at Akron Community Foundation’s “For Women, Forever” Annual Dinner. The virtual event took place on March 10, 2021. Attendees were delivered a meal along with an event program, so they were able to dine and join together in the comfort of their own homes.

The dinner celebrates uplifting women and girls in our community. This year’s keynote speaker was Ramona Hood, President & CEO of FedEx Custom Critical. Jacqueline A. Silas-Butler, Esq. and Executive Director of Project GRAD Akron was also presented with the 2021 Judith A. Read Tribute Award for Service & Advocacy for Women.

Proceeds go to the Women’s Endowment Fund which are used for programs that empower and educate women and girls throughout Summit County. To date, the Women’s Endowment Fund has awarded more than $1.7 million in grants to these programs.
