Justice Terrence O'Donnell
Of Counsel, Brouse McDowell, LPA


Justice Terrence O’Donnell, is Of Counsel at Brouse McDowell, focusing on alternative dispute resolution and appellate matters. He served on the Supreme Court of Ohio from 2003-2018, and is one of Ohio’s longest-serving justices. During his time on the Court, he led statewide efforts to promote integrity and professionalism in law, leading to the creation of a nationally recognized Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program. He also served on the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court for 14 years and the Eighth District Court of Appeals for eight years.

Dr. Tracy Yaeger
President and CEO, Portage Path Behavioral Health


Dr. Tracy Yaeger is a psychologist and President/CEO of Portage Path Behavioral Health. She has over thirty years of experience in community behavioral health with expertise in clinical treatment, executive leadership, non-profit business development, staff development, team building, and professional training. Dr. Yaeger holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from The State University of New York at Albany, Masters of Arts in Psychology from Marist College and Doctorate in Psychology from The University of Akron. 

This program was approved for 3.0 credit hours of professionalism CLE.
