Brouse Ranks in Top 20 Firms for Representation of Women Attorneys in Law360's Glass Ceiling 2021 Report

Law360 released its Glass Ceiling 20211 report, ranking Brouse #20 nationally for representation of women attorneys (among firms with 100 attorneys or fewer). This year’s methodology is based on the percentage of women across three different attorney levels and a comparison with the marketplace of hires.
Firmwide data for Brouse McDowell shows that women represent 35.1% Equity Partners, 53.3% Nonequity Partners, and 45.5% Associates. Law360’s Glass Ceiling report reviewed data from more than 300 law firms, dividing firms into categories by the number of total attorneys reported: 251-600 attorneys, 101-25 attorneys, and 100 or fewer attorneys.
