Brouse McDowell is proud to welcome Camille Yancey to the firm’s Environmental Practice Group.
Camille joins Brouse as Counsel focusing her practice on advising clients through environmental issues in real estate and corporate transactions, including due diligence on all aspects of environmental liability and compliance. She joins Brouse with notable experience representing clients in litigation matters involving environmental enforcement actions, permit appeals and citizen suit litigation, as well as in motion practice and settlement negotiations.
Camille has law firm experience in both Ohio and Kentucky advising on regulatory compliance matters and litigation issues under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Clean Water Act.
Camille earned her B.S. from the University of Dayton before going on to earn her J.D. with a concentration in Environmental Law from Capital University Law School.
