Brouse McDowell Welcomes Wade T. Doerr

Brouse McDowell is proud to welcome Wade Doerr to the firm’s Banking, Bankruptcy & Commercial Law and Litigation Practice Groups.

Wade joins Brouse as Counsel in our Youngstown office and focuses his practice on commercial real estate and banking law. He has experience handling asset liquidation, contract negotiation, trial and appellate work, litigation, loan document preparation for banks and small businesses, foreclosures, bankruptcy creditor’s rights, evictions, real estate sales by judicial sale, private sales, auctions, receiverships, collections and bankruptcy sales. He also has experience with mechanics liens, secured transactions, UCC sales disputes real estate transfers, tax appeals, short sale workouts civil litigation, commercial litigation, title opinions and claims, lien marshalling and corporate windups.

Wade earned his J.D. from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
