Amanda Leffler Presents at the American Bar Association's 2023 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar

Brouse McDowell Partner Amanda Leffler will present at the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee (ICLC) CLE Seminar in Tucson, AZ on March 3. The session titled "The Buck Stops Here: Transferring Risk Through Additional Insured Coverage and Contractual Indemnity" will examine common additional insured and contractual liability coverage issues such as trigger of coverage, the dilemmas of retentions and insufficient policy limits, and drafting tips and pitfalls. Amanda will be joined by panelists Katherine Mast from Markel and David Schoenfeld from Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP.

The conference will take place on March 1-4, 2023 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona. This multi-day program covers the latest developments in insurance law from leading lawyers and insurance professionals.
