Brouse McDowell Advises Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center on its New 160,000 Square Foot Campus

Brouse McDowell attorneys are assisting Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in the strategic planning, development, construction and establishment of a new physician-owned, inpatient orthopaedic campus. The new facility will be a 160,000 square foot, three story, specialty hospital with 60 beds, 12 operating rooms, an urgent orthopaedic clinic and imaging and other services.

Our team is involved in several aspects including financing the facility, purchasing the land, negotiating operating and lease agreements, and advising on zoning issues, among others.
