Stacy RC Berliner and Nicholas Kopcho Speak at NBI's Insurance Coverage Litigation Boot Camp

Brouse McDowell attorneys Stacy RC Berliner and Nicholas Kopcho will speak at the National Business Institute (NBI) Insurance Coverage Litigation Boot Camp on December 6 in Independence, Ohio. They will discuss helpful tips for negotiating bad faith and insurance coverage claims, mediating insurance disputes, and litigating breach of contract claims.  

 

Stacy RC Berliner is an OSBA Insurance Certified Specialist and litigator with experience assisting insureds in identifying and analyzing historical coverage, counseling clients in coverage disputes with carriers and brokers, and assisting clients in policy interpretation, risk and litigation management, policy renewals, and successfully litigating against insurance carriers who wrongfully deny coverage. 

 

Nicholas Kopcho is a commercial litigator with experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and businesses in contractual and consumer disputes in state, federal, and appellate courts. He has handled insurance recovery claims, responded to complaints and investigative inquiries from the CFPB, and defended against claims brought under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practice Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
