Brouse McDowell partners Lucas Blower and Craig Horbus spoke on Cyber Security & GDPR, along with Aaron Mendelsohn, Chief Data Privacy Officer at Ingram Micro, an information technology company, at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s CLE Seminar on November 27.
The presentation examined the coverage available for cyber risks and discussed the seminal cases ruling on cyber issues. It also provided a high-level overview of GDPR compliance for U.S.-based companies and outlined some initial action steps to determine risk and compliance needs.
