Brouse McDowell Announces Election of Executive Committee Members

Elected for her first term on the Executive Committee, Amanda Leffler is co-chair of the Insurance Recovery Practice Group. She is certified as a Specialist in Insurance Coverage Law by the Ohio State Bar Association and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated through Martindale-Hubbell. She has also been ranked among the Top 50 Ohio Female Attorneys and Top 25 Cleveland Female Attorneys by Super Lawyers 2019 and was recognized as a “Notable Woman in Law” by Crain’s Cleveland Business 2018. Amanda has substantial experience in negotiating claim resolution prior to litigation, prosecuting coverage cases against insurers, and representing companies of all sizes in their business disputes. Pat Gajda, elected to her fourth term on the Executive Committee, was the first woman to sit on the Committee. She is a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group, and her practice includes corporate transactions, joint ventures, general corporate counseling, and securities. She has advised and consulted with both privately-held and publicly-traded clients.
