Brouse McDowell Adds to the Corporate & Securities and Real Estate Practice Groups

Brouse McDowell is pleased to announce the addition of Louis P. Alexander, Jr. to the firm’s Corporate & Securities and Real Estate Practice Groups. He joins as counsel in the Youngstown office. Lou comes to the firm from Roth Blair.

Lou will focus his practice on corporate and real estate law. He is experienced in all facets of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, financing, agreements, and litigation. Lou brings diverse experience representing owners, developers, investors, lenders, and borrowers in residential and commercial real estate transactions and projects. He has represented both lenders and borrowers through development and construction loans and permanent financing, including public and private loans.

Lou earned his B.S. in finance from Miami University in 2000, and he received dual degrees, a J.D. and a Master of Business Administration from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and Cleveland State University Graduate College of Business Administration in 2003.
