Ethics & Professionalism CLE

Covering the Topics of Implicit Bias and Trauma-Informed Care
with presentation by:

• Carl Vondracek, M. Ed., PCC-S - Associate Director, Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland
• Bradley Dunn - Regional Director, Ohio Civil Rights Commission

Carl will speak about Trauma-Informed Care, how everyday stressors impact us in our actions and thought process, the importance of self-care (non-clinical), and an explanation of why colleagues and clients respond to certain situations the way they do.

Bradley will discuss diversity and inclusion generally, its importance in the workforce and how it drives business outcomes. He will also talk about implicit bias and how it affects the way our brain works and societal influences.

This program has been approved for 3.0 credits of professionalism CLE.
