Brouse Noted in Law360 for Successful Verdict in First Virtual Jury Trial in Northern District of Ohio

Brouse McDowell is noted in Law360’s article “Trucking Co. Wins $2M Against Insurer Over Injury Claims” for representation of the policyholder PI&I Motor Express Inc., an Ohio-based trucking company, in a successful verdict against its commercial general liability insurer, RLI Insurance. The case is P.I. & I. Motor Express, Inc. et al. v. RLI Insurance Company et al., case number 4:19-cv-01008, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

This is the first virtual jury trial in the Northern District of Ohio and one of the first in the country.
