Brouse Ranks Among Top Law Firms for Representation of Women Attorneys in Law360's Glass Ceiling 2022 Report

Law360 released its 2022 Glass Ceiling Report: Women in Law report¹, ranking Brouse #31 nationally for representation of women attorneys (among firms with 100 attorneys or fewer). Firmwide data for Brouse McDowell shows that women represent 38.5% of Total Partners, 35.9% Equity Partners, 46.2% Nonequity Partners, and 45.5% Associates. Law360’s Glass Ceiling report reviewed data from nearly 300 law firms, dividing firms into categories by the number of total attorneys reported: 601+ attorneys, 251-600 attorneys, 101-25 attorneys, and 100 or fewer attorneys. Brouse ranks #20 on the list for the highest percentage of women total partners, among firms with 100 attorneys or fewer.
