We have developed effective working relationships with many environmental consultants and can provide clients access to a network of competent professionals. Our group also has extensive experience in working with developers, property owners, lending institutions and planning and development agencies, allowing us to guide clients through the regulatory requirements associated with property ownership and transfer. Our attorneys are experienced in helping clients successfully redevelop and recycle urban property through access to and implementation of state and local brownfields initiative programs, coupled with knowledge of alternative financial incentives.
