Complying with the New Conditions of Participation for Home Health Agencies

The centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) revised and re-organized the existing conditions of participation (CoPs) for home health agencies (HHAs). The CoPs have not been updated for almost two decades, so on January 9th CMS finalized an overhaul. The changes are effective July 13, 2017.
