Biography
Kim is responsible for preparing discovery motions and discovery responses, as well as gathering and reviewing responsive documents. She works with trial counsel to resolve protective order issues and discovery disputes. Kim’s practice focuses on products liability, litigation management and electronic discovery. She also has extensive experience in electronic discovery, serving as project manager for a document management program used in large-scale, multi-state litigation.
Before entering private practice, Kim was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James L. Graham of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
